Interview With World No.1 PUA And Dating Coach, Adam Lyons

Special treat for everyone this week, good old Adam Lyons took some time out of his ridiculously busy schedule to answer a few questions for all my readers. YYYAYYYYY!!!!!

All the question’s were asked to Adam by the lovely readers of Howtochangelifenow.com And 1 by me was thrown in there too Be rude not too mmaattteeeee!!

For those who have never heard of Adam, he is a wildly successful British born Dating Coach who has been featured in everything from FHM, Channel 4 to The Independent to NBC to CBS to Fox News. To put it simply….i love him!! Since i saw him a few years ago (at a PUA Training Super Conference) at the only Dating seminar i ever went to…..i loved him. Just his whole outlook and who he was and just, him!! PUA’s and anyone who teaches Dating often get bad publicity. The world frowns upon people taking a conscious effort to improve their dating lives, let alone someone who teaches it. But Adam is different, he helps people with Lifestyle and confidence issues and basically anything than can make someone live and lead a happier life. Anyway….here the little interview, hope you enjoy it .

Sam: What was your drive when you first started?

Adam: I wanted to get a girlfriend.  I was tired of going home alone and didn’t want to end up just settling for a girl.  I wanted to get the kind of girl that I had always dreamed about dating.

Sam: What would you say has been the greatest change that you have seen in yourself since starting out?

Adam: The biggest change is one that I hadn’t anticipated, which is my teeth.  My whole life I have been scared of smiling in photographs.  Now I have straight white teeth and you can’t stop me from smiling! Also, there is a definite mental change whereby I have gone from being scared of talking to strangers to somebody who actually relishes the idea of talking to new people.  And I have a quiet confidence in knowing that I could generate attraction with any girl I meet which is a very flattering feeling.

Sam: In your opinion what are the best and worst aspects of the PUA community?

Adam: Without a doubt the best aspect is that it is a movement of men who work towards improving their lives an helping each other.  The fact that a pool of men share knowledge for the mutual benefit of each other is great and something I whole heartedly support.  The worst aspect is that unfortunately sometimes bad information gets thrown into the mix and those who can’t spot it end up standing on the shoulders of giants and share it like it solves all their problems and before long it is accepted as a “truth” which holds everyone back.

Sam: If you could only name 1….What do you think should be the single most important thing any guy should do to improve his results with women?

Adam: The one thing that a guy can do to improve his results with women is to make female friends.  Always.

Sam: What are the main things you think about when holding a seminar/workshop for groups larger than 20?

Adam: The main thing I think about is if the content is going to be relevant to a larger group. With smaller groups you can ensure they’re roughly from the same location or the same age, but with bigger ones the demographic is always different.  I have to think about a topic or subject that will hit and effect everyone, which can be quite a challenge.

Sam: Who do you feel are the most genuine instructors/gurus, and who do you feel are the least genuine?

Adam: Everyone in the industry works hard at what they do.  Despite any personal beliefs I may have at other instructors, unless you sit down and personally work with them you never know exactly how good they are or aren’t. In other words, it’s a good question, but I won’t douche on anyone publicly.  :)

Sam: How do you feel about women instructors? What are the advantages and disadvantages to having a female instructor teach men about how to attract women?

Adam: I think female instructors are amazing.  Personally, I think there should be more female than males teaching this.  Having said that, a bad female instructor is worse than a bad male instructor so you have to find the ones that actually know what they’re talking about.  But a good female instructor is better than any male instructors by miles.  They have more insight and they smell better.

Sam: Pick Up to one side – What is perhaps the most important character trait for a mature man to develop?

Adam: The most important trait is to have ambition.  Actually trying to achieve something besides just picking up chicks.

Sam: What do you believe your legacy will be once you retire? What do you want to be most remembered for?

Adam: I will consider myself incredibly lucky if people look back at the tuition I left behind and that making female friends is and always will be the key to being successful with women.  If I am remembered for that fact alone I will be a very happy man.

Sam: You’re married, do you still kiss other girls? If so, why?

Adam: No, I would never kiss another girl.  I had my fill of random women when I was playing the game myself.  And after all of the girls I’ve kissed and women I’ve been with, my wife’s kiss is the best and there is no reason to settle for anything else.
